Introduction

The AI Copilot feature in aqua is designed to provide you with quick and accurate answers to your questions within seconds. aqua AI-powered chat not only saves valuable time but also improves productivity by asking follow-up questions and storing all your sessions for future reference. You can access any AI chat conversation whenever you want from the Navigation, requirement, defect, test case or test scenario pages, and you can even copy the data for further use. This article will guide you through the functionalities and benefits of our AI Copilot.

  1. Instant Answers: The AI Copilot utilizes advanced natural language processing algorithms to understand user queries and provide prompt responses. You no longer need to spend time searching through lengthy documentation or browsing multiple resources to find the information you need. Simply ask a question, and the AI Copilot will provide you with a relevant and accurate answer within a few seconds.


  1. Session History: All your chat sessions are stored securely within the application. This means you can refer back to any previous conversation whenever you want for further use of generated responses.


  1. Data Copying: The AI Copilot allows you to easily copy chat data for various purposes. If you come across valuable information that needs to be included in requirements, defects, or test cases, you can simply select and copy the relevant text. This saves you the hassle of manually transcribing or re-typing the information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.


How to use it

Open the Navigation page or any item page and click the button 'Ask'. 



Then select on one of the promts or start typing your question and press 'Enter' or click 'Send' button. Wait for a few seconds and check the response.




If you want AI Copilot to elaborate on the generated information or give you some examples, just ask the follow-up question.

In case, you want to copy the response, simply click the 'Copy' icon and the answer will be copied to clipboard. 

We encourage you to submit your feedback by clicking on 'thumb up/down' icons, to help AI improve the results and provide you with the better results.

AI Copilot will store all you sessions only for you.  aqua Administrator or other team members of your projects won't see your chats or can have access to it.
Currently, AI Copilot doesn't have any knowledge or accesss to your projects or data related to your projects.  We plan to add it as a separate option in the upcoming releases

To make the most out of the AI Copilot feature, consider the following tips:
  1. Be Clear and Specific: When asking questions, provide clear and specific details to help the AI Copilot understand your query better. This increases the chances of receiving accurate and relevant answers.
  2. Utilize Keywords: Incorporate keywords related to the information you're seeking. Keywords can improve the AI Copilot ability to comprehend your question and retrieve the most suitable response.
  3. Review and Refine and provide feedback: If you encounter any inaccuracies or feel the need for further clarification, review the provided response and refine your question if necessary. Provide the feedback throough the 'feedback box'. The AI Copilot learns from user interactions, so your feedback helps enhance its performance over time.
