Configuration of Email Templates

The content of email notifications can be configured in aqua. To do so, select your project in the project browser and click on the configuration menu in the upper left corner of the aqua header . In the project configuration area select the entry Notification templates.
 
 
Here, you can define language, subject, maximum item name length and content of the email.
 
 
You can define placeholders for given runtime data by using the button 'Insert tag'. The information will be replaced when the email is sent on the corresponding event.
