You can access the projects in aqua via the “Navigation” module. On the left side is the project tree with the projects assigned to you in blue and the folders within these projects in yellow. Users are only shown the projects they are allowed to access. The folder structure of a project contains all types of items. Projects and folders can be saved as favorites for quick access.
Using the context menu of a project or folder (right click), you can rename, configure, archive, add/remove as a favorite, create new items such as requirements, test cases, test scenarios, defects or folders or directly import or export items from Excel. With My notifications you can customize your notification settings for the selected project or folder. For folders you can also use the context menu to cut, copy, paste or delete them.
You can also create new items, open items, refresh the view (only the contents or also the project list and folders) or collapse all projects using the Actions menu item on the ribbon at the top.
