Statistics (Rich Client)

Statistics (Rich Client)

The "Statistics" view in the user administration gives you an overview of the last login attempts, failed login attempts and maximum license usage. The period to be considered can be set to 7 days, 31 days or 365 days. In the Login Problems area, failed login attempts are recorded with timestamps and reason (e.g. no license assigned).
In the Last Logins section, all logins of users are listed with further information, such as the login time, the license used or whether the user is still logged in at the current time. In addition, users whose login was unsuccessful are marked in bold. More information about the reason of the login failure can be found in the table above.
